2003 New York Trip

In November four members of the group paid visits to firms in the financial district of New York. Derek Jepson, Christopher Whitford, Chelsea Frost, and Rebecca Eugley spoke with analysts and money managers at Smith Barney, Prudential Securities, Sandler O’Neill, and Lazard Asset Management. At Prudential they were reunited with Natig Ganiyev, a 2003 Maine Business School graduate and former SPIFFY member. That evening the four of them plus Bob Strong, his wife Kristen, and Mike Boyson (the University of Maine Foundation’s investment advisor) went to Broadway to see The Producers. As always, the New York trip was a great experience for everyone.
